I had really good time here, easy location!
There were an extra bed and a large closet in the room, loved that. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options - coffee, bread, and cereals. The service was friendly, the food was outstanding! The staff were very amiable and amicable lot of time.

The rooms at Hotel Abel Pension Budapest were cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The private bathroom was a nice bonus, with a bath or shower for relaxation after a long day of exploring. As a business traveler, I appreciate the simplicity and convenience of these amenities.
I found only one small downside to my stay - the lack of fancy bath products. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and others might not mind at all.

Abel Pension's outstanding attraction is that it is a beautifully restored traditional Budapest house in a quiet residential area with all of the charm that this implies. At the same time is convenient for shops, parks and public transport/easy access to the city centre. The owner and staff are available most of the time, and were always very gracious helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in (double room with ensuite bathroom) was spotless and spacious, with it's own balcony facing onto the restful and shady garden, which offers a picnic table for the use of residents. Very Reasonably priced. We would be very happy to stay there again.
I would'nt personally choose a platter of cold meats and cheese for breakfast (though cereals, bread rolls, juice and yoghurt are also offered). I realise, of course, that this kind of breakfast is normal for some European countries.

It is a private pension, which is an exellent example how chamber atmosphere can be created.
First, although all the sanitary engineering works well, possibly it should be renewed. Second, I have no notebook with me now, but it seems that there are no Wi-Fi in the hotel. (If I am mistaken, this point should br omitted).

The staff here really takes care of you, and they even have a parking lot! the bed is like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom is spacious. You can adjust the room temperature to your liking, and they have a nice desk for writing. Oh, and there's a radio to jam out to 🎵.

On my first visit to Budapest and couldn't have had a better place to call home for 4 days. The pension is just lovely (very clean) and everyone so nice. I really appreciated the residential location - Super close to everything, yet quiet and off the beaten path. I look forward to staying here again next I'm in town.

What an incredible stay! The owner was absolutely mind-blowing, super kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. The traditional and spacious rooms were jaw-dropping, equipped with unexpected amenities like AC. The location, although a bit far from the city center, was in a calm neighborhood with excellent tram connectivity. The quiet area was ideal for a peaceful retreat. And let's not forget the amazing terrace and garden, along with the honesty bar serving ice cold beer. an outstanding experience at a great value for money.

Ideal Location for Trams which link to Metro and Rail. In a quietish area with access to local shops and restaurants.
Somewhat tired and attic room where we stayed quite spartan. Breakfast ok for a few days but would become monotonous after a while. Would recommend but only for a short visit.
